We will instruct you on where to send the item(s) you are returning. Once we have received your returned item(s), we will refund you the cost of the original purchase. (The original shipping & handling costs will not be refunded, and the cost of returning the item(s) to us will be your responsibility.)

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please notify us and we will replace or refund your order right away.
